Washed Ethiopian coffees will always be my favorites. They are so balanced and delicious, and never fail to seem like the right choice to drink, at any time fo day. We are very excited to have this coffee on our menu as it is the first we've had from Yirgacheffee all year.
Our Bokasso comes from the Sidama Cooperative Farmers cooperative Union. This specific washing station sits at an exceptionally high altitude, compared to most sites in Sidama. This extremely high-altitude growing produces coffees that are very unique and tend to open up like a good bottle of wine over time.
